Introducing BOLA

BOLA (BETTER OPERATIONS & LIFE BY ANALYTICS) is an advanced Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solution designed for the remote monitoring and control of essential electrical assets. It provides a low-cost, real-time solution to monitor the health and performance of Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and other Electrical Machines. The system continuously tracks a comprehensive set of vital parameters—both electrical and physical—from any location via a proprietary dashboard accessible on computers and mobile devices. By analyzing this data, BOLA intelligently diagnoses potential issues and sends immediate alerts via SMS and email whenever an abnormality is detected. This proactive approach enables maintenance teams to take preventive action before a failure occurs, significantly reducing downtime and the risk of costly damage. A key advantage of BOLA is that it is a retro-fit device, meaning it can be easily installed on both new and existing transformers without requiring major modifications. The system enhances reliability by using configurable alarm rules to detect deviations from pre-set threshold values for critical parameters like oil level, oil temperature, and winding temperature. Certified for quality and durability, BOLA is EQDC (Electronics and Quality Development Centre) Type Tested, having undergone rigorous tests including surge immunity, vibration endurance, and climatic resistance.
